By engaging Everex for design, marketing, or web services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Services
Everex provides digital design, web development, SEO, and marketing services as agreed upon in individual project proposals or service agreements. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are outlined in each project's scope of work.
Payment
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Invoices are typically due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of final deliverables created specifically for your project. Everex retains rights to use completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise specified.
Revisions and Scope
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds. Work beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately. Everex will notify you before proceeding with any out-of-scope work.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project engagement.
Limitation of Liability
Everex's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and payment is due.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
